Retirement sheet cake
half chocolate, half lemon, buttercream icing/filling
This was my first lemon cake – I hope it wasn’t too obvious to them. Personally I think it could’ve handled more lemon, my assistant said no. Though he’s only partial to vanilla or white so I can’t fully trust his judgement!
